What Is H.E.A.R.T
H.E.A.R.T. stands for “Holistic Enrichment Association for Resources and Technologies”. We are an association made up of the most passionate and prominent enrichment education providers of Singapore. We gather for the purpose of providing a well-rounded, unified voice that accurately speaks for the needs and of the sentiments of local enrichment education companies and practitioners.
It’s a gathering of professionals who want a healthy industry that is sustainable into the far future; where competitors, fellow-practitioners, and the communities and authorities of Singapore exist in mutual support, to uphold the well-being of learners and the quality of our education as priority.
One of our goals is to provide a space where our members can safely and respectfully interact for issues, information and solutions that concern the entire industry. We each have varying objectives and differing destinations, but are surely on the same boat. As such, we can make our shared journey a meaningful and – dare we say – an enjoyable one.
Why we need a H.E.A.R.T
In order to maintain our edge in a world where knowledge is constantly evolving at a dazzling pace, the Ministry of Education have all along called on enrichment education providers to complement the education given to students in schools. Through such a partnership, the enrichment education companies and practitioners in Singapore have impacted up to more than half a million learners every year for the past 10 years.
Yet across these years, the industry has never been represented as a official whole with its own unified voice. Communication is a crucial element of success; being able to communicate effectively with the authorities, policy-makers and other stakeholders will allow everyone involved to continue and improve the means by which quality learning can be gifted to each and every learner in Singapore.
What We Do
For Students
We believe that each student has the capacity and the right to pursue quality learning both within and beyond what is mandated in schools; our Association’s work is to enable us to fulfil such learning sustainably.
For Members
We believe that quality learning is a crucial element that enables a vibrant and productive country, and the practices – be they individuals or business establishments – which provide it should be treated fairly, with respect and equity by all in the country they serve.
For Industry
We provide enrichment industry training and certification programmes for enrichment educators, practitioners, trainers in the enrichment industry. We organise and participate in enrichment conference, exhibitions, trade shows and seminars for national, regional and international events to enrich and improve the standards of the local enrichment industry. And we organise public events and activities for the betterment of the enrichment industry with various bodies, institutions and authorities, locally and internationally.

The Association aims to cultivate a long term, sustainable ecosystem of enrichment educators, practitioners, trainers who are in close partnership with the relevant authorities and the wider community, working to fulfil the fullest potential of every learner.
Every student’s right and potential to learn is fulfilled through a mutually-beneficial partnership between stakeholders and enrichment educators, practitioners, trainers in Singapore and beyond.
